How to Check Your Lotto Ticket: Step-by-Step Guide

Option 1: Check online
Visit nationallottery.co.za and enter your numbers against the latest draw. You can also use our free ticket checker at lottonow.co.za/tools/ticket-checker which supports all SA games and UK 49s.
Option 2: Check at a retailer
Take your ticket to any licensed retailer and ask them to scan it. The terminal will tell you immediately if it's a winner and for how much.
Option 3: Use the Ithuba app
Download the official Ithuba National Lottery app (iOS/Android). You can scan your ticket barcode or manually enter your numbers to check.
What to do if you win
- Prizes up to R50,000: Claim at any licensed retailer
- Prizes R50,001–R250,000: Visit an Ithuba regional office
- Prizes over R250,000: Ithuba regional office only
- Bring: Original ticket + valid SA ID
- Deadline: 365 days from draw date
